Our Bandung green coffee beans are sourced directly from the highlands of Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia. Grown at elevations averaging from 1,300 to 1,500 meters above sea level, the beans benefit from cool mountain air, volcanic soil, and clean water sources, all contributing to a distinct and premium coffee profile .

The Bandung beans are primarily Arabica, with several processing options to cater to diverse palates:

• Semi-Washed: Creates full-bodied coffee with medium acidity and balanced bitterness, revealing complex notes of dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, lemon, lime, and black tea. .
• Fully Washed: Produces a clean, bright coffee with high acidity and floral nuances, ideal for highlighting delicate aroma and clarity in each cup.
• Natural / Dry Process: Yields a full-bodied, fruity coffee with low acidity and natural sweetness, perfect for those seeking a richer, fruit-forward experience 
• Honey Process (Red / Black Honey): Leaves partial mucilage on the beans during drying, resulting in medium to full body, sweet, and slightly caramelized flavors, enhancing complexity without harsh bitterness.
