Copyright Policy
On this page, you can find information about Freshdi’s copyright policy, how to report copyright infringement, and how to respond to a copyright notice.
1. Freshdi’s Copyright Policy
Freshdi complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and responds to claims of copyright infringement using DMCA procedures, including the law’s process of notice and counter notice for claimed copyright infringement.
- If Freshdi receives what it reasonably believes to be a complete and valid notice of alleged copyright infringement regarding content published on the platform, then it will generally remove the reported content from the platform and may notify the affected user, supplier, or business.
- Freshdi may give the affected party an opportunity to send a counter notice explaining why they believe the content was removed in error. If the counter notice is valid, then the content may generally be restored within an appropriate period.
- In some instances, Freshdi may decline to remove the reported content or, if it has been removed, allow the content to be restored immediately.
- Freshdi has a policy of suspending or terminating accounts for repeat infringement in appropriate circumstances, including where Freshdi has received several notices of alleged infringement that are not successfully countered.
- Freshdi retains discretion to restrict or terminate accounts for even a single instance of willful or egregious infringement.
- The submission of false or bad faith notices of claimed infringement or counter notices may result in legal liability.

3. Responding to a Copyright Notice
I received a copyright notice regarding content published on Freshdi. Now what?
If Freshdi receives what it reasonably believes to be a complete and valid notice of alleged copyright infringement regarding content published on your account, then you may receive a notification identifying the reported content and when it may be removed or restricted.
You then generally have two options:
- If you review the notice and agree that you do not have the right to use the content, then no further action is necessary. Freshdi may remove the content and it may remain unavailable unless you receive authorization from the copyright owner.
- If you review the notice and believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, then you may submit a counter notice.
How do I submit a counter notice?
Your counter notice must include all of the following information:
- The legal name and sufficient contact information of the person submitting the counter notice.
- Identification of the content that has been removed and the original location of the content before it was removed.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the copyright notice or its authorized representative.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
You may send your counter notice to:
Freshdi Global Inc.
1111B South Governors Avenue

Email: business@freshdi.com
4. What happens after I submit a counter notice?
When you submit a valid counter notice, Freshdi may forward a copy of your counter notice to the party that submitted the original copyright notice.
If the complaining party takes legal action and provides notice of that action within 10–14 business days, then the content may remain removed or restricted.
If Freshdi does not receive notice of legal action within that period, then the disputed content may be restored where appropriate.
