PROCEDURE FOR TTT INJECTION ON SHARED COST BASIS

1. The Buyer shall issue an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) accompanied by a copy of the data page of the authorized signatory's International Passport to the Seller.
2. Upon receipt, the Seller shall issue a Commercial Invoice (CI). The Buyer shall sign and return the CI, along with a valid Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for the designated tank farm. The Seller shall thereafter verify the operational status of the Buyer's nominated tank farm with the relevant Port Authorities. Subject to satisfactory confirmation of an active status, the Seller shall release the following partial Proof of Product (POP) documents:
3. a) Product Passport (Indigenous Laboratory Test Analysis);
4. b) Commitment Letter to Supply;
5. c) Certificate of Origin;
6. d) Allocation Certificate issued in the Buyer's favour;
7. e) Notice to effect payment for a 3‑day tank lease at the Buyer's nominated tank farm to initiate the injection process.
8. The Buyer shall arrange payment for a 2‑day tank storage lease (which, combined with the 3‑day lease requested in clause 2(e), totals a 5‑day Tank Storage Receipt – TSR) to the designated Tank Farm Company. The storage receipt shall be issued in the joint names of both the Lessee and the Lessor.
9. Upon confirmation of the lease payment, the Seller shall proceed with the product injection into the Buyer's tanks and shall subsequently issue the following documents:
   • A fresh SGS Inspection Report;
   • Quality & Quantity (Q&Q) Certificate for the injected product;
   • Official Injection Report specifying the exact volume injected;
   • Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC).
10. Following the injection, the Buyer shall conduct a Dip Test (independent quantity verification) in their tanks to confirm the Quality and Quantity of the injected product. Upon successful confirmation, the Buyer shall remit the full payment for the total injected value via MT103 wire transfer.
11. Upon receipt of final payment, the Buyer shall disburse all applicable intermediaries' commissions in accordance with the signed NCNDA/IMFPA. Thereafter, regular monthly shipments shall commence under the terms and conditions to be agreed in the subsequent Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
