During fermentation, the wine undergoes remontage and punching down to favor better polyphenolic extraction. Maceration lasts about twenty days, after which racking and maturation in steel tanks occur.

Its aromas are typical and recall ripe red fruits (cherry, plum, berries), along with red flowers and a subtle spicy note that adds complexity and breadth to the aromas. On the palate, it is warm and soft with smooth tannins and a structure that pairs well with meat dishes.
