HDPE is a food grade plastic. HDPE generally refers to high-density polyethylene, which is a white powder or granular product. Non toxic and odorless, with a crystallinity of 80% to 90%, a softening point of 125 to 135 ℃, and a use temperature of up to 100 ℃; The hardness, tensile strength, and creep resistance are better than those of low density polyethylene; Good wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness, and cold resistance; Good chemical stability, insoluble in any organic solvent at room temperature, and resistant to corrosion by acids, bases, and various salts.

Most of the raw materials of hdpe are in powder form, with a milky white color. If the raw materials are in granular form, the surface will appear translucent. This need not be too worrying, as the material itself has excellent water absorption performance and is not easily soluble, so it is widely used in the industrial industry.

Good wear resistance: Comparative tests on the wear resistance of HDPE pipes and steel pipes show that the wear resistance of HDPE pipes is four times that of steel pipes. In the field of slurry transportation, HDPE pipes have better wear resistance compared to steel pipes, which means that HDPE pipes have longer service life and better economy. 7. Good flexibility: The flexibility of HDPE pipes makes them easy to bend. In engineering, they can be bypassed by changing the direction of the pipes.
