PAYMENT TERMS

Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Payable at Sight L/C

1. First Payment – 45%

1. Buyer pays forty-five percent (45%) of the total contract value at sight upon presentation of the Seller’s Invoice under an Irrevocable, Non-Transferable L/C.
2. Seller completes the preparation of goods within 15 days after receiving the 45% payment under the L/C.
3. Seller provides all copies of shipping documents and confirms container numbers to the Buyer before shipment.
4. All L/C and bank charges are fully paid by the Buyer.

2. Second Payment – 55%

1. Buyer pays the remaining fifty-five percent (55%) after inspection at the destination port confirming goods received in acceptable condition.
2. Packing and loading of the next shipment start immediately after the Buyer confirms receipt of the previous shipment.
3. All related bank fees are borne by the Buyer.

3. Issuing Bank Requirement

1. All Letters of Credit must be issued by a Top Tier 1 Commercial Bank acceptable to the Seller.
