Walnuts Oil

Key features of our walnut oil:

• only high-quality fresh fully natural raw kernels are used from our own walnut orchard located in the area of a biosphere reserve bordering the mountainous terrain of the Black Sea coast;
• we do not use any hormone-containing substances for growing our trees and other harmful stuff;
• a cusomer usually receives only freshly cold-pressed oil.

Manufacturing process

"Cold pressing" is the process of extracting oil without heating (up to 24°C / 75,2°F) the product in an oak or nylon barrel in one stage without contact with metal. This allows you to preserve 100% of the useful substances of the walnut without oxidation and destruction of the most important amino acids.

Only minimal filtration, including settling and straining, without the use of chemical cleaners.
