The sales amount of cotton tipped applicators reached USD2,100,000 in 2007.     Besides ordinary 6 and 3 cotton tipped applicators(wooden shaft / cotton tip), we have other many kinds of cotton tipped applicators using in obstetrics and gynecology department, ENT(ear-nose-throat) department, dental department, buccal department, urology department.    The shaft of wood, bamboo, plastic, paper are available. The tip of cotton, rayon, foam  are also available.    Besides medical use, we also have the cotton tipped applicators used for DNA and PCR analysis, HIV/Aids test.    Our EO sterilization is exclusive in the line of cotton tipped applicators and tongue depressors in China according to ISO11135-1:2007 (Sterilization of Health Care Products - Ethylene Oxide - Part 1: Requirements for Development. Validation and Routine Control of A Sterilization Process For Medical Devices)    At the first, the sterilization pouches were produced by ourselves. Were sure that the pouch meet with EN-868 & ISO11607 international standard. We also have a 10m3 EO sterilizer that obtained CE validation. The routine control of EO sterilization process is operated strictly according to ISO11135.    At the same time, wooden tongue depressor, wooden spoon, cervical scraper, wooden  applicator, cotton ball, cotton roll, gauze sponge and non-woven products are also our main products.    As a result, ACROSS customers benefit from lower costs and reduced product defects.    Today, ACROSS Medical Disposables Co., Ltd. remain committed to serving our customers, and firmly believe that our best years are yet to come.
