Anhui Import & Export Co., Ltd.,   is a comprehensive foreign trade enterprise in Anhui Province and one of the earliest provincial-level foreign trade companies in the province to conduct direct import operations.

 In 1985, it began undertaking national export revenue-generating tasks. Approved by the provincial government in 1988, it was restructured into a group company.

The current Anhui Import & Export Co., Ltd. Was officially established in 1998 with government approval. As one of the leading enterprises among provincial foreign trade companies, the company was incorporated into Anhui International Trade Group under the Anhui Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) in 2007.

 In 2018, it was fully integrated into Anhui Conch Group alongside the entire Anhui International Trade Group.
