Ares Security Vehicles is a young and dynamic company producing a wide range of armoured vehicles to the highest levels available for the protection of non-tactical vehicles. ASV brings together a team of experienced personnel in all aspects of armoured vehicle design and manufacture, providing customer-focused service with rapid reaction and short lead-times to avoid the compromises that customers have to make when purchasing from existing stock ASV is now in its second phase of expansion, with 11000 sq-ft of workshop area and a workforce of 46 combining to give a production capacity of 30 vehicles per month which can be increased to 45 units per month when required. ASV-armoured vehicles are built using only proper, fully certified armouring materials from reputable suppliers that have been on the market for many years, and no expense is spared to ensure that our technicians have quality tools and are able to fully concentrate on the tasks at hand. A carefully selected supply chain and tightly controlled overheads and the expertise and efficiency of its workforce allow ASV to offer cost effective reliable solutions. Besides the wide range of models on offer, Ares’s highly skilled technicians and engineers will develop new designs and tailor-made solutions to satisfy the most stringent requirements. Quality Assured Over 50 armoured vehicles are leaving the production line every month, built through a process driven and quality focused system to ensure conformity of production as you would expect of any volume vehicle manufacturer. Every stage of the production process in ASV is tracked and recorded to guarantee that strict security standards are adhered to, quality control is integral at every process stage along the production line. All welders and armour welding is certified according to internationally recognised standards.
