We deliberately offer a limited range of nuts and fruits to ensure that quality remains high, only adding new items if they meet three fundamental requirements in terms of variety of nut, provenance and quality of processing, to ensure that we offer quality unmatched in the market. All fruits are harvested at the perfect moment of maturity, then quickly and carefully dried at low temperatures to maintain all their characteristics. The traditional expertise of producers combined with constant improvements to techniques means we offer exceptional products with characteristics similar to those of fresh fruits that have matured on the tree.
