CHANGSHU SHPC & MECHANICAL CO., LTD. grew out of CHANGSHU LOST WAX CASTING FACTORY , was founded in 1975 , with covering a ground area 21, 800 square meters . We have more than 230 employees of which are 19 professional technicians currently. Our enterprises are capable of products-exploiting independently , with a complete management system , and have passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Certification . We adopt casting technologies not only SODIUM SILICATE(water glass) , but also SILICA GEL, with some major advanced equipment .Our main products include stainless steel, various carbons steel, low alloy, alloy & tool steel investment castings for various machine spare parts : hardware tooling , textile machine , architecture , car , motorcycle , computerized flat knitting machine , socks machine , medicine machine , industry sewing machine etc. Our capacity of output reaches one million and six hundred thousand parts monthly .We currently sell our products to domestic market and Japan , U.S.A , Europe countries etc.The chemical composition of casting is analysed by Germany spectrometer befor pouring.Only when the composition of liquid steel is up to the specification , pouring is proceeded.
