Established in 2001, CITC has become one of the leaders in the technology and production of discrete semiconductor components in Asia. In 2005, CITC was awarded the SBIR Award by Taiwan&＃39;s Ministry of Economic Affairs for our high power Schottky diode structure technology. CITC&＃39;s process is unique in that it uses semiconductor production process to break the constraints of traditional Schottky diode components making it possible to reach Low VF, Low Leakage Current, and High Breakdown Voltage. CITC also offers Super Low VF (VF<0.32V) and High Power (VB>300V) Schottky diodes products to meet the specific needs of our clients. CITCs Super Low Forward Bias and High Voltage Schottky diode products are widely adopted not only by local but also international firms. Moreover, CITC strives to create a business model that is efficient and environmental friendly. Most of our products are RoHS compliant and we are always looking for ways to increase our product quality while complying with international environmental standards.
