The automatic production line of Irobot is suitable to make kitchenware like pots/pans/kettles/pressure cookers of various materials such as 201/202/430/304 stainless steel or aluminium with a diameter from 200 to 600 mm.
The line include 3 types of machine as below:
1, The preliminary treatment machine such as grinding & cleaning;
2, The forming & processing treatment machine such as feeding/oiling/conveying/cutting /curling / beading/ trimming/marking and so on
3, The surface treatment machine such as sanding & polishing.
The whole line is automatic and intelligence, and would be customization based on the different requirements.
