We apply a safe and effective preconditioner to the areas to be cleaned, breaking the bond between the soil and carpet fibers. All soil and any cleaning detergents are then thoroughly rinsed away using our high powered truck mounted steam cleaning system. We prefer to use a fresh soft water rinse instead of rinsing with chemicals that can leave a sticky residue which causes re-soiling once we are gone.
