The facilities include a full fledged Tool Room, Press shop, Electroplating shop, Heat Treatment shop, Fabrication shop, Environment controlled assembly and quality control area, etc. GCL employs 150 persons in this location. The product range of GCL consists of Telecom relays, Automotive relays, Industrial controls relays, Reed relays and the newly introduced Auxiliary relays. The R & D of GCL is approved by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Guardian is the only manufacturer to obtain approval for its miniature DIP relays from The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) for use in their exchanges (RAX, MAX etc.) The client file of GCL include major names such as Tata Motors, ***** Ltd, BEL, BHEL, L&T, Areva T & D, Alind, Eureka Forbes, V-Guard, M & M, Lucas – TVS, Pricol Ltd etc.
