Founded in May 1973, HANKUK MAGNETO CO., LTD which had head office in Chinju, Kyungnam, Korea have produced internal combustion engine components and contributes to the engineering industry. Since 1979, we have produced automobile parts, pistons and piston pins of internal combustion engine, and engine electrical appliances as flywheel magneto, ignition coil and ignition control unit of motorcycle engine and agricultural machinery engine. In 1994, we have started to produce magnet clutch of automobile air compressor and piston and connecting rod assembly of bus compressor. We had had a technical collaboration with KOKUSAN DENKI CO., LTD., Japan from 1986 to 1998 to produce and supply the reliable ignition system of motorcycle(100cc & 125cc) to our customer, HYOSUNG Machinery. Through twelve (12) years technical collaboration with KOKUSAN DENKI, we could construct technical self-reliance in ignition/charging system of motorcycle. As described above, we have continuously accomplished our goals to produce reliable engine parts - Ignition System & Piston Assembly by the efforts of all employees to company and cooperation with domestic and overseas companies.
