GWL International was established by President and CEO Martin Li in 2005.

While I was studying for my business degree at a British University I realised that there were many opportunities for cooperation between Central Chinese and Western business. People in the West did not understand the size and power of companies in Central China or the potential for growth in our markets. Also very few leaders and businessmen in Central China have experience with the West

GWL has developed into an international trading and project management company where growth has been built upon our reputation in China and in the West. GWL manages a variety of business including sales and support for several leading brands of coal mining machinery from the European Union. We also provide sales and service support for Chinese companies exporting products to the European Union including materials-handling and storage equipment for supermarkets and warehouses.

One of our core competencies is our detailed knowledge of local markets based on thorough market research with users. We have built a reputation for honest advice and we have acted as impartial advisor for Chinese businesses and EU companies in negotiation, helping to avoid misunderstandings from cultural or language differences.
