Hợp tác xã chế biến nông sản thực phẩm Bà Ba Hội

Hợp tác xã (HTX) chế biến nông sản thực phẩm Bà Ba Hội was established in October 2021. The HTX specializes in producing products processed from glutinous rice and seafood. By 2021, one of its products had achieved national standards and was recognized as a 4-star OCOP product. Currently, all of the HTX's products are available on major domestic distribution channels and are licensed for import into markets such as the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Japan. The HTX has also received initial orders from ASEAN, China, Africa, and India. In December 2024, the HTX inaugurated a processing plant to meet international market standards. The factory is equipped with HACCP, ISO, and FDA certifications. Key products include Cylindric Glutinous Rice Cake, Square glutinous rice cake, Banh chung, rim fish, and fresh frog Quang noodles.
