IMPAL's first factory was built in 2008 to start production of electronic cigarettes for international market only. R&D division started operation in 2009m with the growing of business, sales division expand and moved to new office site in 2010 to operate independently. In 2011 marketing, sales and customer service divisions were converged into one big department and operated in the form of new company since March 2012. Factory is  ISO 9000 qualified. E-cigarette we produced have obtained relative FCC,CE,ROHS,SGS certifications. We have full line of e-cigarette products, from EGO/510 tank to disposables, accessories, cartomizers and e-liquids of over 150 flavors. In IMPAL the five-people core team of R&D are specialists in relative sections of moduling, hardware, electronic components and design, plastic and screen printing, industry art design. All R&D stuff have rich experience working with supplier factories, know where the suppliers ability is and how to cooperate with them for best result.   For key components supply such as lithium battery, e-liquid and hardware we verify at least TWO suppliers for each component to maintain steady and quality material supply. In doing so we can also obtain competitive. status to cut cost down, improve quality and deliver on time.
