Its Not Just Coffee was founded in London in 2007 to inspire coffee house management & staff to produce only the highest quality coffee beverages in their establishments, contributing to the overall respect that the speciality coffee industry deserves by creating professional 'Baristas'. This will inturn develop profitability in their coffee operation by adding value to their customers visit. Our company has now based itself in South East Asia to help develop and improve the fast growing coffee culture that is sweeping Asia. Our company's founder and principle educator Michael D'Alessandro is steeped in the coffee industry having worked for international coffee brands like Segafredo Zanetti & Illy Caffe in the UK, Australia & Asia. With over 10 years in hospitality management, we are able to offer our customers comprehensive coffee education through our barista training schools & coffee consulting services. Our coffee schools are specifically designed to be carried out either at one of our training centres or if you prefer, at your own establishment using your own equipment. Our consultancy services cover many aspects of the hospitality industry from coffee & equipment broking, efficient bar setup, floor layout, shop design, menu development, training & operation manuals and service etiquette to name but a few. As we are not a coffee company, we will provide you with unbiased advice that best suits your operational needs.
