Jakawatna Nawakarn Co. Ltd. manufactures and trades over 1000 types of industrial brush which locates at 173 Soi. Rama2 (27), Bangmod Jomthong, Bangkok Thailand 10150. The company was founded on 4th September 1989 by Mr. Phaithun Limduangden with his 40 years experience in brush making manufacture. Initially, the company began producing and selling gun cleaning brushes and other kind of household brushes. Later we started concentrating on developing our mechanical precision tools to support the manufacturing of wider range of industrial brushes, especially for the electronic parts and automobile industry. As the result of rapid technological changes in the brush industry, we required a huge overhaul in our production technique. For our manufacturing department, radical improvements to our mechanical tools and advanced training for our engineering team were significant. We have now combined our know-how with Europe technology in order to be the leader in industrial brush industry in Thailand. The high standard quality materials are sourced and selected from many countries around the world such as Germany, America, United Kingdom, Japan as well as others. We have a selection of over 500 types of material to be used as filament such as Stainless Steel, Abrasive Nylon, Brass wire, Nylon filament, PP, PET, X-Type, conductive fiber (Antistatic), Natural fiber, Bristles, etc. Each material category has different characteristics which suites different working conditions. Therefore, our company has realized that research and development team is necessary to study intimately each particular filament.
