INTPKG�packaging is an innovative brand in column air cushion package. The whole package is composed of a multi-layered film and air. Multiple yet independent air columns enables the performance of air cushions to create a highly effective transit pack.If one air column is punctured, the others will remain inflated to keep protection. INTPKG�packaging is made of two layers of PE/PA films with air valve film in between, and heat pressed with a high temperature mold to melt them together and create air columns and shapes, so inflatable air columns can have a variety of styles and and types. We have diverse air cushion type for every application. The inflation of the air column bag can be done only in a few seconds. With its advantages of low cost, light weight ,non-toxic material, high abrasion resistance, load bearing property, INTPKG�is a replaceable package compared with conventional ones.
