Linden Housing Group has a history of property dealings in the UK dating back to the 1970s but was officially established in 1991. Although much of our interest has been in different ranges of residential property, we have always had some involvement in other real estate sectors.

We are now continuing to look for development and investment opportunites in the above sectors mostly in the south of the UK (London the southeast and the southwest) . As we are a Bristol based business, much of our attention has been focused on projects in the southwest region.
FOOD DISTRIBUTION We are also establishing a new company focused on Food distribution called ROANNE UK. Our connections are with producers and exporters of fruits and vegetables in the middle east
