The Tool RoomAs the strategic hub of all our designs efforts, the tool room is equipped with high precision hardware to translate blueprints into flawless dies....... for quality forging results. accurate templates, jigs and fixtures all contribute towards this end.The die Shop also has its own quality control system in operation. This includes audit control system in operation. This includes audit checks of dies for dimensional accuracy, tolerance and pinpointing possible flaws and aberrations.The Forge ShopWith forging hammers and furnaces complemented by trimming presses, scale blowing equipment and die lubricating systems, Masu's skilled operatives are ideally placed to deliver forging of a higher orders. More than that, guided by experienced supervisors, these technicians can also turn out complex products at fast and efficient speed-without any accompanying grain flow discrepancies, cracks or inaccuracies. In fact, our rejection rates are among the lowest in the industry.Our electric and oil-fired furnaces (the latter with automatic quenching arrangements), salt bath and other facilities compare with the best available in India. Therefore the entire gamut of operations from quenching hardening and tempering to heat treatment and normalizing can be accomplished with online efficiency.MachiningAfter undergoing comprehensive quality assurance tests, approved and selected forgings undergo elaborate machining procedures. At our sophisticated Machine Shop, advanced statistical techniques are established for each individual component. Designed as a sequence module, these techniques match the complexity and dimensional accuracy required in each case-thus ensuring flawless audit inspection and quality control at every single step of the process.
