Business Description
Maylan Metals & Lighting Mfg. was founded in 1986. It is about group of metal products manufactories, located in the west of Foshan City, it takes one hour from Canton fair to our factory by car. Our building area covers more than 20000M2, and we have 300 sets of 6T-200T stamping, deep drawing, CNC lathe, spinning, die casting and molding machines. We have more than 500 workers, and 90% of our products are exported to other countries.
Sticking to TQM quality control system, we are good at mold designing, mold making, metal sheet stamping, and metal alloy die-casting. Our staff members specialize in pro-E or AutoCAD design, CNC lathe, CAM milling, solidwork and UG software.
We have good partners who offers high quality surface treatment, like heat harden, polishing, coating, and plating. The main colors are chrome, nickel, gold, copper, brass, silver, and anti/satin plating.
Our main products are downlights, track lights, spotlights, eyeball lights, ring lights and aluminum reflectors. Which have been with CE-TUV RoHS approval.
