Business Description
Neelum Industries was the brain child of determination dedication and devotion with an all out effort that carved its realization and establishing Liquid Packaging Printing Inks Manufacturing in the year 1999.
This was all with a view to chanalise an indigenously based Industry to make Printing Inks attuned to local standardized requirements with a cutting edge to costs.
This necessitated highly cautious choice of raw materials, different grade of binder resins, various quality of Pigments wide variety of additives, added with a long range of solublising chemicals and carrier solvents.
Men and machines were required to convert the above cited stuff through tangible means and techniques into what finally was labeled Printing Inks.
Micronic Dispersion was conducted through highly sophisticated Dispersion Mills., Viz, Bead Mill, Basket Mill, High speed Disperser, Triple Roll Mill.
With experties and experience spread over time span of over three decades and employing highly trained work force supported with constant research work and utilizing effective Process and product control through Lab tests to ascertain Quality Standards.
This ultimately built and made us won consumer confidence in our presentation of INKS and a few other products.
Our product line comprises of the following.
FLEXOGRAPHIC INKS for non-treated PP WOVEN BAGS. These INKS have earned us applause from the consumer of these INKS. These INKS are LIGHT FAST, RESISTANT to CHEMICALS (Fertilizers etc.,) providing optimum adhesion with tough but flexible film, which is cello (scotch) tape resistant.
FLEXOGRAPHIC INKS for normal PE (treated film, Printing).
Water thinable FLEXOGRAPHIC INKS for card board and paper printing.
ROTOGRAVURE INKS.
SCREEN INKS FOR PVC.
PHOSPHORESCENT (Reflection) INKS.
We are striving to achieve through continued Research and Development superb quality coating for ALUMINIUM TUBES. Although this is a recent addition to the already wide range of existing product, we would welcome enquiries.
