NGARWAH Plastic Mould Manufactory, established in Hong Kong in 1983, is a professional mould manufactory invested by Hong Kong businessmen. To cope with the fast expansion of the company, the factory was re-located to Yin Tin Shui Bei Administration District, Dong Guang, China in 1992.We operate on the management tenet ¡°people-based, science and technology first¡±.The staff unite wholeheartedly , making making determined efforts to make NgarWah prosperous. Since its establishment, NarWah has been developed into a manufactory that occupies over 7000 square meters of land with more than 150 staff members. The percentages of staff who have worked in our manufactory for over 3 years and 5 years are over 60% and 30% respectively. Staff stability ensures the mould quality and schedule.As early as 1998, we introduced the advanced computer aided design software product develop-mould design-CNC machining. Each department enjoys non-gap connection with synchronized updating and all working procedures are accomplished by software.We own 40 computers of various kinds and have more than 20 engineers and technicians. This strong force of engineers ensures the mould's quality. On top of a strong staff force, our company adopts every kind of advanced machinery such as high-speed CNC processing center, electric discharge machine, precision grinding machine, and EDM wire cut. Ngar Wah was set up and develops with reputation on professionalism in mould design and in manufacturing of various of plastic moulds. We design and produce high quality and high precision plastic injection, die-casting mold, BMC mould, bakelite etc. the products include auto can-opener, coffee pot, meat muller, food processor & mixer, BBQ handle etc.The customers of NgarWah mainly come from USA, Canada, Malaysia, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Mainland China, some of which are large scale multi-national business enterprises. In addition, we also provide product design service.
