With 8 advanced full-automated assembly lines, incorporating automated painting and printing facilities the company has the capacity to manufacture 300,000 units per annum. Comprehensive in-house testing facilities are utilized including €œROHS€ environmental protection measurement capability.All appliances produced are in compliance with ISO9001,GS, CE, EMS, EMC, EMF, UL, LUD and CCC standards and are certified ROHS and WEEE compliant.Plastics Mould manufactureThe clean, well organised tool-room has a working area of 5000 square meters and is equipped with advanced high precision CNC machining centers, high precision wirecut and conventional EDM machines, a 3 axis Coordinate Measuring machine as well as numerous high-precision numerical control milling machines. The equipment is sourced from the USA , Switzerland , Japan , China and Taiwan.As well as providing the internal tooling for the appliance manufacture the excess capacity is utilized for a thriving business involving the supply of export quality tooling to various countries around the world. Complex moulds for the avionics, electronics, electrical and medical industries are manufactured to exacting standards. The toolroom has the capacity to manufacture 80 moulds per month. As well as being able to call upon the resources of the Injection moulding section it also has its own mould trial facility.Injection moulding and fabricationThe dedicated moulding facility is spotlessly clean and covers an area of 8000 square meters comprising 2 distinct areas. In the small machine area 100 machines ranging from 15 tonnes to 125 tonnes are all robotized. In the middle to large range moulding shop 68 machines from 150 tonnes to 1600 tonnes are utilized for both internal and custom moulding.Extensive drying and pre-treatment facilities are provided and a full range of both engineering and commodity polymers are processed to very exacting standards. 3D measuring equipment is utilized for checking compliance to customer specifications and rigorous quality checks are ongoing during production.Product and tooling is exported to various international destinations including the USA, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
