Our products include the VoIP USB Phone, Internet Phone, wireless calculator keypad, wireless keyboard, mouse and office keyboard and the new slim line (ultra flat) keyboard. R&D team adds 10 new items annually ORtek Technology develops an average of 10 new products each year to give our clients more sourcing options. Our R&D team, composed of 20 engineers, uses its skills to create sophisticated custom designs for your market needs. In fact, we require less than two weeks to create a counter sample from your designs or specifications. Buyers' logos, labels and custom packaging services are available as well. Our expert R&D team emphasises product design, quality and efficiency, without compromising cost-effectiveness or environmental protection. We develop on average ten new products each year, and constantly procure new testing instruments to ensure our products meet all market demands. In addition to our OEM ability, our professionalism and punctuality help us win ODM orders and ensure our customers' specific needs are always fully satisfied. 400,000 keyboards a month We have a combined total of 400 highly qualified and professional employees in our Taiwan and Xiamen factories. We produce 400,000 keyboards a month, so your large volume orders are not a problem. Our production process is 40% automated and 15% semi-automated. Manual product processing accounts for 30% and the remaining 15% of production is outsourced. Stable quality through ISO 9001:2000-certified procedures We at ORtek Technology constantly procure new testing instruments to ensure that all our products meet CE, TUV, FCC, WHQL and CSA safety standards. Much of the QC equipment used in our ISO 9001:2000-certified Xiamen factory is developed in-house, in addition to that which is imported from Japan and Germany, or subcontracted from an independent laboratory.
