Since its inception in 1985, Poly Fluoro has built its name on quality, innovation and customer service in the PTFE / Teflon industry.
Over the last twenty years, we have supplied high-quality processed PTFE / Teflon stock shapes and engineered components, including PTFE / Teflon tapes, PTFE / Teflon sheets, PTFE / Teflon films, PTFE / Teflon membranes, PTFE / Teflon rods, PTFE / Teflon gaskets, PTFE / Teflon bushes and PTFE / Teflon bridge bearings, to a broad range of customers for industrial, electronic, machine tool and infrastructure related applications. The introduction of Lubring, our proprietary filled-grade PTFE slideway bearing material, helped to establish our reputation as an industry pioneer. Our PTFE / Teflon and PEEK components division, staffed by highly skilled machinists, CNC programmers and CNC operators, uses state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology to ensure that our PTFE machined components attain industry-leading levels of accuracy.
Furthermore, our state-of-the-art inspection systems using Rapid-I Vision Inspection allow us to accurately gauge dimensions and meet tight tolerances.
Our recent move into PTFE / Teflon tubing, through our proprietary brand, FluoroTube, makes us the first manufacturer of paste-extruded PTFE / Teflon tubing in India. Our tubing plant allows us to service the medical and laboratory device industries, as well as PTFE / Teflon tubing customers from the electrical, automotive and chemical industries.
