BRIEF HISTORY

Pak British International (pvt) ltd was established in 1985 for the exports of textile products,whereas the principals have been involved in production since 1981. Initially it got engaged in production and exports of average quality products but over the years the dedicated and devoted management endevoured to improve the quality and achieved the target of supplying value added superior towels.

Our line of production includes terry towels of all sizes, weights , colours and bathrobes. Our main srength is production of jacquard towels especially HOTEL LOGOS / MONOGRAMS . Presently we are supplying to DFDS GROUP of denmark, CHANDRIS of greece and many others.

WEAVING We have 1200 hooks jacquards and can produce 30 cm to 150 cms widths and lengths as desired. weights can be 280 gsm to 780 gsm.the production capacity of jacquard towels is 3x20 ft fcl per month and of plain dyed / white towels is 10x20ft fcl per month.

STITCHING we have single,double and 4 needle machines.for hotel towels we mostly use double needle for haming. stitching thread of polyester is used for hotel towels and of cotton for home use towels.

DYING N FINISHING we dye/bleach our products on modern winches and jiggers,then hydro-extract in a centrifugal machine and finally dry it in one of the world's best tumbling machine (THEIS OF GERMANY).by using this tumbler the pile of terry gets even,smooth ,soft and fluffy.the tension of terry towel remains nill. the shrinkage is also controlled by this tumbler. we use azzo free dyes manufactured by ICI,SANDOZ,HOECHST AND BUYER. for hotels we use wat dyes and for home use towels we use reactive dyes. color fastness; 4-5 at 60 degree centigrade for reactive dyes 4-5 at 80 degree centigrade for wat dyes rubbing fastness; dry 4/5 wet 3/4
