The authority on OPV Dr Richard McCahllaugh(US) gave a lecture at IIT Kanpur and he has achieved a n efficiency of 6%. I never heard of power inverter OPV of 50-99%. Yes with the kind of features OPV has it will dominate the power gen in the future. OPV paints might be available a few inverters from now. so paint and generate power will be the concept. It's applications are unimaginable. It can be applied to almost anything you can think of. In the power inverters SPV international symposium at IIT Kanpur, India, I saw a Mono C-Si panel of efficiency of 18 % percent. I have heard they are available up to 22% efficiency. In the lab the power inverter is 42% efficiency.
