We are a company based in the industrial hub of Pune / India, We manufacture and supply mechanical components to some of the leading transformers manufacturers in India. We manufacture the following products: 1. Processed Transformer Laminations in CRNO and CRGO 2. Corrugated Wall Panels / Fins 3. Complete tank with Corrugated Wall Panel / Fin For the manufacture of Laminations, we have high speed presses controlled by PLC. For the manufacture of the Corrugated Wall Panels, we have state of the art ��fully automated imported machine / line. This machine includes the Decoiler ��Fin Forming ��Automated Seam / Edge Welding ��Spot Welding  - Bending Machine. This line manufactures the corrugated wall panels, the panels are first tested for any leakages (DIE PENETRANT TEST), then a inspection report is prepared by the production team. On complete quality satisfaction, the fins are sent to the tank fabrication shop for manufacturing the corrugated tanks. On completion of the tanks, they undergo a pressure test of 2psi for detecting any leakages. On complete quality check, a inspection report for the tank is prepared separately by the tank production department for the final despatch to the customer.
