4 sets of advanced 200T hydraulic presses: Ideal for shaping thick aluminum plates and structural components, ensuring uniform pressure application and consistent forming accuracy, which is critical for the load-bearing safety of trailers.

2 sets of 315T hydraulic presses: Specialized in processing high-strength aluminum alloys and complex-shaped parts, providing the necessary pressure to achieve tight fits and structural integrity for key components like trailer frames and support brackets.

1 set of 6000W high-power laser cutting machine: Features ultra-high cutting precision (error ≤ 0.1mm) and fast processing speed, capable of cutting aluminum plates of various thicknesses (up to 20mm) into intricate shapes, eliminating the need for secondary trimming and improving production efficiency.

2 sets of 4m 200T bending machines: With a long processing stroke and strong bending force, these machines can handle large-size aluminum profiles, ensuring smooth and precise bending angles for trailer side rails, fenders, and other elongated components-critical for the overall aesthetics and structural stability of the product.
