We represent two companies one wholly owned the other 50% owned by me personally, Rittenhouse Dentists, PC and ProFresh International Corp. r4espectively both of which sell dental hygiene productsPProFresh sells a propeietary anti halitosis mouthrinse and devices. It has been in busdiness for 15 years and sells a lot of product in Japan. I also own considerable residential mulifamily rea eestate in St. Augustine and Jaxsonville Fl. The economy is depressed there and there is a need for low powered motorcyles at prices considerably below the $4, 000 -$8, 000 brand name cycles now available.
