Elevage BRIER, in Rochonvillers, have been devoted to farming and livestock rearing for three generations. For over 20 years we have been proud to offer you meat from young cattle, famed for its superior quality, unrivalled tenderness and outstanding taste. As a family business, we promise we will only ever offer you meat from our own herd. We sell our beef to supermarkets, schools, colleges and local authority kitchens, and to the hospitality trade. Every piece is carefully butchered, vacuum-packed and labelled for total traceability. We can also deliver whole and part carcasses. We are uncompromising in our dedication to traceability for our meat and ensuring animals receive a controlled diet, a evidenced by our three quality labels: - High Environmental Value (HVE) - Guaranteed GM-free feed - Daily dose of linseed in our animal feed to boost nutritional quality. We also offer frozen products such as meatballs, burgers and minced meat, available in a range of pack sizes to meet your needs. Animal well-being is central to everything we do, as is ensuring the correct nutrition for our cattle, who receive quality feed, GM-free and linseed enriched, ensuring their meat is healthy and tasty.
