About Powertec turbo Powertec Turbo supply the turbocharger, turbo cartridge(CHRA),Rotor,Repair kits for more than 400 different applications. Every part on our products has been made by good turbo tech and great materials. And the turbocharger and cartridge have been inspected balanced carefully. Extensive product range,competitive price, good quality, with 6monthes quality warranty on vehicle!  Materials choose Main parts of turbocharger use the following material: Turbine wheel: K418, Turbine shaft: 42CrMo, Compress Wheel: C355, Thrust Bearing: Cu-Sn  Balancing test The Turbine Wheel with shaft and Compressor Wheel are balanced separately. The rotor also need balancing test in some condition. After assembling the CHRA,  the CORE ASSEMBLIS need be balanced again by our TURBO TECHNIC 2 balance machine, both high speed and low speed balancing
