Surfactant Industries is a part of Lohiya Group, which was founded in 1950. We first entered into Ultramarine and Detergent Business. Since then, we have been working towards continuous development and expertise in the field of Detergents, Adhesives, Ultramarine Blue Pigments, Polishes, Cleaners and a range of other specialty Household and Industrial Products. In 1990's, Surfactant Industries was setup as a specialty manufacturing unit catering to high end applications and specialized products. Our product range includes: Wood Glues like Water Resistant Wood Glue meeting D3 / D4 Standards, D2 Wood Glues, Rubber Adhesives, Paper Adhesives, Lamination Adhesives, Pressure Sensitive Adhesives, Wax Polishes, Cleaners, Metal treatment chemicals etc. Surfactant Industries today commands leadership in the field of Manufacturing of Wood Adhesives for both industrial and household applications. With German Know-How, we have developed a very unique product, Starke which is a water resistant wood glue, which at the moment is manufactured by only a select companies. We recently got Starke tested at SHR Lab in the Netherlands and Starke became one on the pioneer products in Asia to have been confirmed D3 by them. This is a very big achievement for an Asian Company. One particular strength of Surfactant Industries is our people and their versatility to work across many industries. Additionally, we excel at the logistics of supplying our products accurately and on time whether it is to a single location or many locations throughout the world. The company is headed by qualified Chemical Engineers from IIT, Kanpur and University of Manchester, UK.
