The group has six subsidiaries: Shanghai Guohui Monosodium Glutamate Co., Ltd., Guohui Bioengineering (Malaysia) Co., Ltd, Chiping Xinxiang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, Chiping Xiangle Compound Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Chiping Xinqiang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and Chiping Xinlei Starch Co., Ltd. The company has 580 million fixed assets and it annually produces 300, 000 tons of starch, 130, 000 tons of monosodium glutamate, 10, 000 tons of chicken essence, 150, 000 tons of compound fertilizer, 90, 000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 160, 000 tons of sulfuric acid, and 200, 000 tons of supplies steam.
