Sarchi Cookware was founded in 2013, located in Hebei province, China. We are specialized in cast iron and carbon steel cookware. Strict quality control and service enable more than 90% of customers to make reorders every year.
There are various styles and thousands of molds for selection, and we also can offer OEM service, products/packages and accessories can be customized. We are good at producing pre-seasoned and enamel products, including frying pans, Dutch ovens, camping cookware, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum series. At the same time, we always pay attention to the industry trends and fashion trends of cast iron cookware, and constantly develop new products.
Our products are food grade and we can pass FDA, CA65 tests for USA market and LFGB test for Europe Market. In general, we will test by SGS and Intertek. We can coordinate to do other tests according to customers' demands and the sample also can be offered for customers' tests. Besides product tests, our factory also can pass the BSCI, SMETA, WCA, and other audits.
Sarchi cookware adopts imported Disa automatic production line and selects suitable hanging and rolling polishing and baking production equipment according to different shapes of cookware. We have a professional QC team to inspect during the entire production process from raw materials, work blanks, polishing, baking, coating, packaging, etc., to ensure that the products we delivered are qualified. And we have a professional design department, our designers can provide customized mold design and packaging design according to customer requirements. At the same time, we will also provide customized product LOGO design and packaging printing design.
