Sichuan Morrow Welding Development Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Morrow Electronic Equipment Factory) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in research, development, production and sales of IGBT series inverter welding products. We established Morrow Inverter Power Research Institute to specially engage in research, development, and regeneration of inverter welding machine. We can develop and produce specialized products according to different requirements of different customers. We established ERP system. All of our products are produced in line with ISO9001: 2000 quality system certificate and passed "CCC" certificate as well as the CE certificate.
As one of the top 50 enterprises in China's welding products industry, Morrow have supplied products for such many projects, for example, Bird's Nest Project of 2008 Beijing Olympics, Three Gorges Project, Ertan Hydropower Station, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, Xiaolangdi Project, etc. Now, we have obtained the import-export operation right, and have successively exported products to Japan, India, Canada, Russia, Belarus, South Africa and Vietnam, etc.
We mainly produce the international-advanced IGBT inverter all-digital air plasma welding machine, all-digital welding machine, industrial-level welding machine. All of these machines have such features as small in size, light in weight, energy saving, high reliability, and good welding quality, and so on.
We have an excellent R&D team, so we have independent IPR for all of our products. Now, we have developed many kinds of world-advanced welding machines. At present, these products have received favorable report from many customers. The sales grow stably these years.
Now, we have developed 40 series and over 100 kinds of products. We have almost all kinds of products and can meet different requirements of different customers. Now, our products are mainly used in such industry as petrol, chemical engineering, machinery, shipbuilding, nuclear, power, metallurgy, railway, boiling, steel structure, aerospace, and so on.
In addition, we have developed a series of economic-type machines at present. These new products also adopt IGBT technology, but they are smaller, lighter and cheaper.
