TEX-LINKS & CO is an established buying house in Pakistan that specializes in the production of Garments and Home Textile. At present we are sourcing garments from Pakistan for our customers in United States. What really distinguishes our services from our competitors in Pakistan is the scope of services that we provide to our client. We have a well defined work-in-process and final inspection system, which is undertaken by a team of experts. In every factory that we are working with, our cutting and stitching Quality Controllers work along its production team. These QCs inspect the garments at every defined stage that is, pattern making, pre-cutting fabric inspection, cutting inspection and stitching inspection on random basis and give regular feedback to the factory supervisors and management about production. While final inspection, 100% inspection is done for Packing and random inspection is done based on Acceptance Quality Levels defined by the customer. Furthermore, in order to assure on-time delivery to our customer, we have reporting system that keeps us updated on production situation and therefore, provides us an opportunity to advise the suppliers with necessary steps to gear up production in case of any backlog.
