Entire production line works on principle of back-tradability using bar-code system.Besides electronics design and manufacturing, we also produce Ferrite Core Transformers & Coils needed for various applications like SMPS, L.E.D Drivers, Power Adapters, Mobile Phone Chargers etc. Below are the facilities we have to maintain highest level of quality and performance: Automatic Winding Machines:We have automatic winding machines to ensure and maintain precise winding turns and ratios.Vaccume Impregnation Plant: We also have Vaccum Impregnation Facility where we guarantee varnish penetration till the inner-most layer of the winding close to the bobbin. This eliminates possibilities of copper wire corrosion due to moisture entrapment.
