Business Description
UP Chemical is the first Korean company to produce ALD & CVD precursors domestically and owns several key Korean and international patents. In 1988, Rohm and Haas Company of the United States invested in UP Chemical for the offer of patented technical know-how on ALD & CVD precursors. In 1999, UP Chemical was recognized as a leader of the advanced new materials industry and obtained a certificate of venture enterprise. UP Chemical has been producing ALD & CVD precursors based on the self-developed technical know-how which was the first in Korea. New Plant of UP Chemical was completed in Pyeongtaek in 2000, and has been being operated till now. The most advanced process facility and technology enable UP Chemical to produce the highest pure products. UP Chemical can now deliver the products to customers under strict quality control. UP Chemical is currently supplying TMA, TEMAH, HTB, and MPA in the mass production line of the semiconductor industry in Korea.
