Founded in 1995, Woosung Hivac, in its early phase, engaged in the research and development of the production equipment for semiconductor thin films.  By 1997, Woosung Hivac has successfully developed the Glove Box, which has since been widely distributed among domestic R&D institutes and companies.   More recently, Woosung Hivac entered the highly-touted, OLED equipment market by creating the ENCAPSULATION Module Glove Box and the Purifier, both of which have been distributed among the display panel R&D institutes and are currently in mass production.  Our company has rightly earned a place as the leader in vacuum equipments and the Glove Box, and we promise to repay our customers' patronage by continuing to strive to provide the highest quality products and services for the 21st century.
