Zhejiang Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Co. ltd (hereinafter briefly called ZMC) is a professional foreign trade company  at provincial level, founded  in June, 1999 on the basis of former  Zhejiang Medicines and Health products Import and Export Corporation  restructured as a unit. ZMC belongs to Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter briefly called ZIB), which is the major shareholder of ZMC and controlled in fact by Zhejiang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission .By the end of August, 2012, the registered capital of ZMC is RMB 80 million, staff member of 293, total asset of RMB 1.08 billion and net asset of RMB 287 million, respectively.     ZMC handles the import and export and wholesale  businesses  for the commodities of the following categories: Western Medicines, such as Pharmaceutical Raw Materials and Intermediates ,Western Medicines and Biochemical Products; Medical Instruments including  hospital diagnostic Devises, Pharmaceutical Machinery, Surgical  and Dressing  Materials, Disposable Supplies and Medical Textiles; Traditional Chinese Medicines including  Chinese Medicinal Materials , Prepared Slices of Chinese Crude
