The Company is in the business of Hospitality and Tourism. We manage two small boutique properties in Chennai, and represent Owners / Investors / Developers, currently in Chennai, and Tamilnadu. We have four projects currently we are working on, and these Developers, need Franchise or Investment participation. We also create Branding opportunities for hotels in India. We are Marketing Representatives for a number of Hotels in India. We have professionals in the Field of Training, Recruitment, Operations, Systems and Finance, and can help in The Start-Up or Opening of Hotel properties. Two such successful properties are the Raintree in Chennai a 100 room Five Star Boutique Hotel In Chennai, and The Accord Metropolitan a 160 room Five Star Hotel aslo in Chennai. We have helped Restructure the Hill Country Hotels in Ooty and Kodaikanal, one a 90 room resort and another a 45 room resort in Ooty. We currently are in the process of Start Up of two 30 room Boutique properties in Chennai. The Strength of our teams are the success of our projects.
