In early February, Michael Levine ’12, CEO of Global Food Solutions, was contemplating the new coronavirus wreaking havoc in China. Instead of hedging his bets, he went all in on a bold new strategy. Using his ingenuity and data pulled together by him and his team, the entrepreneur kept his business safe — even thriving — despite the virus’ destructive path. He also managed to provide his customers, including schools, hospitals and food pantries, with wholesome yet long-lasting food to help them ride out the COVID-19 pandemic. As a dedicated partner, we cater to retailers, wholesalers, and businesses by offering a diverse range of high-quality services and products at competitive prices. The company operates out of 24+ different production facilities that span the United States and Canada to support a growing customer base that includes 5,000 schools and a variety of hospital, healthcare, restaurants, colleges, and universities. The company currently distributes its products under 7 different brands labels.
